Health Food Festival of Prague 2008

Prague’s best chefs introduce tasty health food to anyone interested in a healthy life style.

Prague (Czech Republic) - The Health Food Festival is a new concept introduced by CTE Group Travel and Kazak Communications, and supported by the Prague International Marathon, in striving to achieve the best possible performances for athletes and Prague inhabitants.

The festival is about realizing that health food is good! In the ways that it can be prepared very tasty and above all giving your body and mind the resources you need, to achieve the best possible performances in life.

In this first edition of the Heath Food Festival we have asked some of Prague’s best chefs to think along with our concept by offering a special health menu next to their normal menu. Result: 15 of Prague’s best restaurants combine their efforts into introducing health food to anyone interested in healthy living. As health food has often undeservedly an image of dry and tasteless food the involved top chefs will let all interested taste how tasty health food can be prepared. It will be a true amazing taste experience!

The Health Food Festival will start during the run up to the Prague Marathon weekend on 8 May 2008 and will last till the end of June 2008. All participating restaurants will have the special created health food menu available during that period and will be recognizable by a Health Food Festival 2008 sticker at the entrance of the restaurant.

All the participating runners (and rollers) in the full marathon as well as the fun runs and in-line events will receive a special discount booklet with coupons for all participating restaurants. A special promotion team will be available during the marathon expo at the Vystaviste fair grounds and during the Sunday races in the Prague centre to hand out some more coupon booklets for those interested in the festival.

On the website you can find all the participating restaurants, their location, their menu’s, pictures and a reservation form.
